Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky Aged 17 Years Craigellachie

Craigellachie 17 Anni is a single malt whiskey available only from 2014. However, the distillery has a much longer tradition, having always used its whiskeys for the production of Dewar's blended whiskey. Today 5 Craigellachie single malt whiskeys are available and belong to the series "The Last Great Malts on Scotland", the result of a balance between a traditional approach and a more modern vision.

Golden yellow in color tending to bronze, it opens on vanilla and honey tones, with a delicate vegetal and fruity touch that emerge from a distinctive sulphurous background distinctive of the distillery style. The palate is sweet and full-bodied, with pleasant hints of brown sugar and light smoke that end in a medium persistence finish on oak notes.

Perfect both smooth and on ice or still diluted with a few drops of water.
