Description
The Deveron 10 years is part of the new single malt bottlings of the Macduff distillery, once used for the making of blended whiskey. The name is inspired by the Deveron River which flows near the distillery and flows into the North Sea.
In the glass it shows a golden yellow colour. On the nose it releases fresh notes of malt and freshly mown grass which are combined with aromas of vanilla, dried fruit and caramel. The entry on the palate reveals a young and linear flavour, with sensations of caramel and hay on a background of toasted cereals, vanilla and licorice.
Ideal to be served straight after dinner.
