Description

10 Vendemmie by Tenuta Ulisse is a red wine made from Montepulciano grapes grown in Abruzzo, a region renowned for its terroir suited for viticulture. The result of a careful selection of grapes from different vintages, this wine represents a synthesis of the best expressions of the grape variety and the territory.

The vinification process involves fermentation in stainless steel with a maceration on the skins to extract color and structure. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels, where it develops aromatic complexity and flavor depth, before being bottled to achieve perfect balance.

In the glass, it presents itself with an intense ruby red color. On the nose, it offers a bouquet rich in plum, cherry jam, and spicy notes of tobacco and vanilla. On the palate, it is enveloping and smooth, with velvety tannins and a persistent finish that reveals hints of cocoa and toasted coffee.

It pairs excellently with grilled red meats, game, and structured first courses, enhancing the flavors with its elegance and intensity.
