The Greco grape has ancient origins, coming from Magna Graecia, it lived an era of great splendor during the Roman Empire and still today it is one of the most important grape varieties in Campania. Greco di Tufo Bianco is a still white wine, with a straw yellow color, particularly fruity and floral. It is a wine with intense aromas, with hints of apple, jasmine, yellow peach and almonds. Produced only with Greco Bianco and Coda di Volpe Bianca grapes, the sparkling process takes place with the Metodo Classico (refermentation in the bottle) and with an ageing on the lees for at least 36 months.
