This month, I will feature excellent 2005 California Chardonnay that matches the distinctive quality and beauty of July. Full-bodied. Complex. Features aromas of honeydrew melon, peach, apple and vanilla. It is a bit toasty and citrusy in character. It possess distinctive long, caramel finish.

Fruit-forward. Tasting of peach, pineapple, roasted nut and lemon peel. Full-bodied and round. Unwooded. 2,238 cases. Drink through 2008.
