Can you ship to PO boxes, FPO or APO Boxes
No, current laws prohibit us from shipping to PO boxes, FPO's and APO Boxes. We can only ship to residential and business addresses.

How can I pay for my subscription?

Do members of the Wine of the Month Club have to be 21?
Yes and No. All members of our club must be of legal drinking age per their local laws.
What kinds of wine will I receive with my monthly membership?
Vino.com works hard to locate hard-to-find boutique wines that aren't normally found in retail locations. We strive to send diverse wines from many different regions. Each month you will receive two different varieties of premium wines that will please your palette.
Can I choose the wines that I'll receive?
The primary idea behind a wine of the month club is to provide a variety of wines each month that will expose your taste-buds to different textures, aromas and regions of wine. This is the fun part of being part of the Vino.com premier wine of the month club.
Is my wine safe during delivery? Wat kind of packaging will it come in?
Each package is shipped in special wine packaging that has been designed to secure the wine during it's travel. Some packaging may contain "cold packs" which will keep the wine at a proper temperature during delivery. This insures that your wine is received unharmed and in peak condition.
Who ships my wine monthly?
Your wine will be processed by our fulfillment center each month on the 1st. We currently use FedEx and UPS for all wine deliveries. A tracking code will be provide as well as a notification when your wine has been shipped and you will be able to track your package directly to your doorstep. So you know exactly when it arrives.
How long are your memberships? Are they monthly?
We offer month to month. At a future date, we intend to offer different payment terms. You will be able to manage this from My Account, when the time comes.
Do you offer gift membership and can I include a message?
Yes! You're welcome to include a message with your gift membership subscription. These messages can also be sent a number of ways. We currently offer emailed and snail mailed messages.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes we can accommodate corporate accounts. Please give us a call at 1-888-376-9976 and we can discuss what we can offer for corporate accounts.
